Mindfulness Course


We run a half-day course introducing the principles and practices of mindfulness. This practical introduction to mindfulness provides key techniques that can be introduced in everyday life.
Certain mindfulness techniques have been proven to bring a number of benefits. During this half-day course we focus on:

  • Learning what we mean by ‘being mindful’
  • Recognising in ourselves two different mindsets; ‘doing’ and ‘being’
  • Introducing three core mindfulness meditation exercises that are done on the course, and can be continued after the course (handouts and CD provided)
  • Discussing a range of simple and sustainable mindfulness techniques that can be used each and every day
The course runs on the following dates:
  • Tuesday 15 January 2019 10.00am to 1.00pm
  • Saturday 2 March 2019 10.00am to 1.00pm
  • Tuesday 28 May 2019 1.00pm to 4.00pm
  • Sunday 11 August 2019 10.00am to 1.00pm
  • Tuesday 15 October 2019 6.30pm to 9.30pm
  • Saturday 14 December 2019 10.00am to 1.00pm
